Leather Patches

Description

These personalized leatherette patches are great for hats, backpacks, duffel bags, suitcases, and many other applications.

Our patches are 3 inches wide by 2 inches tall and laser engraved, burning the design into the patch. We do not use ink, vinyl, stickers, etc. The back is coated in a non sticky adhesive that is heat and pressure activated. It’s best to use a heat press, but an iron may be used as well. If the item you want to apply the patch to is heat sensitive, sewing is recommended.

We can engrave a wide variety of logos, pictures, text. Customization is our specialty! If you have an idea for a design, send us a message and we have about a 48 hour turnaround on proofs. If you already have a design, you can send it to us (I.e. your business logo, advertising slogan, or custom artwork) and we will get to work. Proofs are provided and once you approve the layout and design, we will begin the engraving process ASAP. We promise to always keep you up to date on where your item is in the process and when it should be expected. Any shipped orders will be provided with a tracking number.

Instructions to Apply:

– Preheat press to 270 degrees.

– Press your item for 15-20 seconds.

– Place the patch.

– Press for 15-20 seconds.

– Let cool and check the edges for peeling.

– If necessary, press again and add 5 seconds to the press time.

*Please keep in mind that these instructions are only intended as a starting point. Temperature and times may need to be slightly adjusted depending on your material and press/iron.
